We specialise in agency conveyancing, drafting of sale agreements, local property transfers, sectional title developments, subdivisions, consolidations and private bonds.
Notarial work
This includes marriage contracts as well as the certification and authentication of documents for use in or outside of South Africa.
Wills
We draft Wills and give advice on Estate planning. We also assist with Living Wills and Powers of Attorney.
Administration of Deceased Estates
We wind up Deceased Estates under the auspices of the Master of the High Court either in terms of a deceased’s Will or, where there is no Will, in terms of the Intestate Succession Act.
Trusts
We assist with the creation and administration of both Inter Vivos Trusts (formed during a lifetime) and Mortis Causa Trusts (formed in terms of a Will).
Commercial Contracts
We prepare commercial contracts which include contracts for the sale of businesses and contracts for the sale of shares.
